My name is Lu, I was born in Taiwan and moved to Brazil when I was 10 years old. I faced the cultural shock in the beginning and Portuguese was so hard to learn! But, well, I got used to the new environment as the time goes by. So now, having trips in other countries is always a new challenge for me and I like it. As a amateurs backpacker, knowing new people and learning new cultures can always bring me many significant exchanges and experiences, and, the best of all is knowing more about myself!
OK, I am going to shared a little about the some cities where I visited in last years.
Prague was the first city that I visited in Europe. I was really impressed how beautiful it was. I don't know, it was old, gothic, mysterious...anyway, it was indescribable, because every place I visited was so out of my reality, I think that is why I liked there so much. Ah, sure, things are cheap there, so it is really worth! The I took the 8 hour train (really old one) to get Sazlburg, it was a beautiful city too, but the cost of living is expensive there. Actually, that was the most expensive city in Austria. Rome was not the big deal! Haha....And Paris and London everybody knows about them!
Well, Al is just going to give 5 minutes more....so maybe I can tell more about my trips another day, and maybe not! I am taking this course for only one week (yes! Only for this week), it's a pity! I think I like this place so far, but next week I'm gonna start my summer course at UIC, so I will miss our laughs and talks here in Intrax classroom!
